Lionel Messi free kick accuracy in Argentina training session

September 2, 2021

Lionel Messi’s accuracy when it comes to free kicks has definitely improved over the years as a video has surfaced from one of Argentina’s recent training sessions.

Messi, who scored two free kick goals at the Copa America, was recorded taking free kicks and the accuracy is there for all to see. Three different types of free kicks from Messi, all equally as impressive.

Ir would be a surprise if Messi would play all 3 matches for 90 minutes. He has not played a full game since the Copa final. 45 minutes against Venezuela and then Dybala in his spot?

Ok boys, what are we as fans wearing tonight, navy away or traditional home stripes ?
- Suyash September 2, 2021 At 1:50 pm

Venezuela is very defensive minded. I am sure they will park the bus. Early goal will be important for us.

Solomon Rondon is out of the match. Venezuela will field 2 forward. So it is going to be a defensive low block from Venezuela with 4 midfielders protecting the defence.
