Luciano Vietto scored two goals in the FIFA Club World Cup final as Al-Hilal lost 5-3 to Real Madrid.

Vietto scored three goals at the Club World Cup, two of them coming in the final for Al-Hilal. The Saudi Arabian club, coached by Argentine Ramón Díaz, made the final of the Club World Cup, losing on Saturday.

On their way to the final, Al-Hilal got wins against Wydad AC and Flamengo, with Vietto scoring against the Brazilian club. Already 29 years of age, the Argentine spent most of his career on loan.

The Argentine won the FIFA World Cup Bronze ball. Having initially started at Racing Club, he joined Villarreal and Atletico Madrid in Spain before going out on loan to Sevilla, Valencia and Fulham. He spent a season at Sporting CP before joining Al-Hilal.
