Argentina have qualified for the 2023 U17 World Cup!
Diego Placente’s team will be at the U!7 World Cup this year! Following the team’s 0-0 draw vs. Paraguay in the Sudamericano, Venezuela won 2-0 vs. Chile which gave Argentina the qualification.
Four South American teams qualify for the tournament, with Argentina, Ecuador and Brazil having already secured their place. The tournament will take place between November 10 and December 2 but the host is yet to be determined.
Peru were initially set to host the tournament but had to back out to due infrastructual defects.
Was disappointed not to see Echeverri in the first half. He made a difference in the second half when we dominated the entire proceeding.
Now talking about a more misleading result. Bad luck and incredible saves from the paraguayan goalkeeper impeded that. They should have won by a 3 to 4 goal margin.
