Argentina U20 player Ignacio Miramón to join Lille

Argentina U20 national team player Ignacio Miramón is set to join Lille.

Miramón will be continuing his career in Europe. According to César Luis Merlo, the 20 year old defensive midfielder of Gimnasia La Plata will join Lille for €7 million for 85% of his transfer. He is expected to travel to France in the next few days for his medical and to sign.

He was part of the Argentina U20 national team which took part in the U20 World Cup in June.

    Moving to epl is good, not Brentford though

    • Nico Gonzalez is a fine winger and if not for that injury before the world cup, clubs would be lining up to sign him. He scored 14 goals for a average Fiorentina team this season and almost won them the Conference league.

      Regarding move to Brentford, I would say not a bad move tbh. They finished way over the relegation zone and are looking to reinforce their squad and with Nico playing on the wings they will benefit a lot.
