  1. Messi has made America football crazy, he’s on the news on daily basis, talked about on sport’s shows and has delivered in every game he’s played in thus far. The worst team in MLS is playing in the Final after trashing a team that has been undefeated for the last 6 games, AT HOME.

    • It was very similar to the Mexico goal. Why ochoa didn’t save his ? Ronaldo fans praising his 2 tap ins. While on this forum so called messi supporters always criticising…

      • @ Gonzalo, it is not criticism. Messi is doing fine in Miami. His instincts are still top notch. But still this shot could have been saved. The 3rd Atletico goal on Monday was unstoppable.

Imagine a player scored an identical goal like Messi from that distance against Dibu. What would we be saying?

        • I’m just saying cr7 fans will not be making such comments.. they only praise him for every thing so let’s praise our player.. hope u understand my point.

    • I think that Messi caught the keeper slightly out of position and that’s all he needs. Same with Ochoa, Messi is always watching, and his football IQ certainly lets him take any advantage that he sees.

    • He couldn’t save it because he didn’t expect him to shoot it directly from that far, similar to how he made that unexpected insane pass to Molina!!
