Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni will attend the 2024 Copa America draw in Miami.
Lionel Scaloni will be in Miami next week. According to Gastón Edul, Scaloni will be joining the Argentina national team coaching staff on December 7 for the Copa America draw.
Scaloni stated last week that he was going to think about his future and many in the media stated that Scaloni would not at the Copa America draw next week.
I believe that Scaloni have laid down a solid foundation that allows him to win the world cup. A new coach would not be detrimental as the players may need a new voice, a new challenge. Examples of Low, Del Bosque show that despite great success sometimes we need to know when to step down. I really love Scaloni, his style, versatility, humility etc … For me he his one of the best coaches in the world, he is young and we can’t judge him for tempting other challenges. I have said it scaloni will continue till copa America after it. New era will start regardless.
