AC Milan contact Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni to become new coach

AC Milan have contacted Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni to become their new coach.

Lionel Scaloni will be coaching the Argentina national team at the 2024 Copa America but that has not stopped the Italian giants from wanting to get him to join the club. According to Luca Bianchin of La Gazzetta dello Sport in Italy, AC Milan have contacted Scaloni to be their new coach but no formal meeting has taken place.

Scaloni must remain with the team until after 2026 World Cup regardless the outcome of the next Copa America. No one understands the strenght and weakness of team better than him and his staff. With key players like Messi and Dimaria departing after Copa only Scaloni can find the right players to bring balance to this team.
