González started and scored for Fiorentina in their last match of the season. The Argentine started for Fiorentina and with the score at 1-1, it was a cross into the penalty area and a volley by González who scored to give Fiorentina the 2-1 lead.
The 26 year old has been called up to the Argentina national team for the friendly matches and the provisional Copa America team.

Not too sure about “complete player”. But he is a work horse. He was severely outwitted by Uruguay. He is good against middle order teams. But perhaps cannot be the differentiator against the top tier.
