Marcos Acuña out for Argentina, Julio Soler called up for World Cup qualifiers

Marcos Acuña is out for Argentina and Julio Soler has been called up for the World Cup qualifiers.

Acuña will not be with the Argentina national team for the World Cup qualifying matches and 19 year old has been called up in his place. Julio Soler of Lanús will be with the team for the two matches against Venezuela and Bolivia. Here is the updated list of players:

  1. Garnacho out too due to knee injury, who’s going to play on the left wing for us with Nico G, Garnacho and Acuna out…maybe Almada because that’s the position he plays in at Botafogo, inverted LWF drifting inside…

  2. Deserved call up after his Olympic performance. Scaloni will evaluate him closely.
    Barco and Soler..We have great expectations in LB/LWB position.
