Argentina could have four possible changes for their match against Austria at the World Cup.
The Argentina national team won 3-0 against Algeria and against Austria, they could have four changes in the starting eleven. According to Gastón Edul, Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni will not have the same starting eleven that started against Algeria, start against Austria.
Nahuel Molina was substituted in for Gonzalo Montiel, who started the match against Algeria and that is one of the changes that Scaloni could make. Nicolás Tagliafico is progressing well from his injury and Scaloni is thinking about possibly starting him or Facundo Medina who started against Algeria.
Nicolás González and Julián Álvarez for Thiago Almada and Lautaro Martínez are the other two changes.

On his day, Nico is good. The last Copa Final was a classic example. But he should play more of a facilitator role than a scorer. Frankly, he lacks great scoring abilities.
We lack proper wingers.against good defence we may struggle to break them down without proper wingers providing width molina may provide width in the right side but for providing width in left side we need either nico gonzalez or simeone or barco that makes nico gonzalez super important who can help defensively as well
Normally many criticise Nico Gonzalez..regularly here. Just check his involvement in both second and third goal.
For the Second goal he worked very hard to get the ball back playing…that resulted to Mac Allister shooting( Mac should have passed to Messi..he was open to goal)..and Messi scored from rebound.
For the last goal..Nico intelligently delayed the release of the ball to assist Messi.
I didn’t see much appreciation for Nico..for this much..that he deserved..
Alvarez can play on the wing. He has pace, excellent ball control, and great passing ability. Some of his best goals for Man City and Atletico have come from the left side just outside the box.
It’s a shame Scaloni never tried Barco as a winger. He’s one of the best passers in the squad and consistently delivers quality crosses into the box. Many of Panechelli’s goals at Strasbourg came from Barco’s crosses, which shows how dangerous he can be from the wing.
