Alexis Mac Allister scored and won the Man of the Match award for Liverpool in their 2-0 home win over Real Madrid on matchday five of the Champions League.

In the 52nd minute, the Argentine midfielder took the ball at the edge of the penalty area, played a one-two with Conor Bradley, and scored with a low right-footed shot into the corner to make it 1-0.

Mac Allister was named the player of the match and received an 8.7 rating on Sofascore. This goal marked his second in five Champions League games with Liverpool this season.

  1. He orchestrated the whole offense for about 60-70 minutes. I wonder how many touches he had all game but the ball went thru him so many times. Alot of one touches and great passes including a great free kick pass on the box.

    It might be that His new hair style has him back dancing tango.

  2. He could have had 2 goals and 2 assists this match! He put in some amazing log balls into the box but Liverpool forwards weren’t upto the mark! He is by far our best midfielder and top 5 in the world , with amazing positing, high IQ and good finishing!
    Meanwhile Mbappe is getting taste of his own medicine! He isolated Messi and made his life miserable in Paris in the first season and right now he is going through the same agony!
