Argentina U20 national team announced for South American Youth Championship

The Argentina U20 national team has been announced for the South American Youth Championship.

Argentina U20 national team coach Diego Placente has announced his team for the tournament which begins later this month. Two of the 23 players play in Europe with the rest playing in South America.

Claudio Echeverri of Manchester City and Alexander Woiski of RCD Mallorca are the two European based players. Here is the team:

Placente’s team have been drawn in Group B with Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and Bolivia. It will take place between January 23 and February 16 in Venezuela. Argentina will play Brazil on January 24 in their first match.
