The match featured three Argentine players, with Cristian Romero scoring for the hosts, while Valentín Castellanos started for the visitors and Guido Rodríguez came off the bench.
Romero, who was in the starting lineup, scored Tottenham’s goal in the 64th minute. The center back anticipated his marker inside the penalty area and connected with a header after a cross into the box, sending the ball into the net.
Castellanos played from the opening whistle as part of West Ham’s attack. Rodríguez, meanwhile, entered the match in the 79th minute, adding another Argentine presence in the closing stages.
