Garnacho is going to join Aston Villa. According to Fabrizio Romano, an agreement has been reached between Aston Villa and Chelsea on loan with a buy clause to be mandatory under certain conditions.
The 22 year old joined Chelsea from Manchester United last year.

Two questions have not been asked:
1) Why did FIFA appoint a European referee and VAR referee for the WC final?
2) How come Scaloni dragged injured and unfit players to the WC leaving great talents out there: Prestiani, Buendia, Soule, Parrone, etc. Even the ones he brought were left on the bench. Paz, Barco, Palacios combined and even if they haven’t established their rhythm with the team (as Scaloni justifies) still could do better job than injured and unfit players if played the final, at least they would do something and not being completely lame?
The second part of your question you know. Loyalty. It’s hard to get rid of players that have won everything the last 5 years. It’s also the reason he wants to leave. Because he knows his boys aren’t good enough any longer and he doesn’t have the heart to get rid of them. Prestianni, Echeverri, and a few others will not make a difference in the NT. 5’5” players get moved off the ball too easily unless your name is Messi, Xavi, or Iniesta.
