Roberto Ayala has commented on the conspiracy theories that are surrounding the Argentina national team.
Ayala is part of the Argentina national team coaching staff and was at the World Cup with Lionel Scaloni. Following Argentina’s loss in the World Cup final, many conspiracy theories began circulating regarding the match. Speaking in an interview with Esports Migdia, here is what Ayala had to say:
“We don’t understand it because none of that has happened. There was a team that outperformed you and nothing more, we need to talk about football.”
Is it true Messi’ family did not attend the final?

Nah Antonella and the kids were there. There was footage of them leaving the stadium. That’s misinformation.
Diego Simeone however, unless anyone can correct me, there have been no reported sightings of him nor did I see him on any of the broadcasts during the final.
The fact that everyone in the Argentina camp giving 100% of the credit to Spain without any kind of nunaces, despite Spain clearly got refree advantage and 1 extra day of rest, tells me something is off. Why are they trying so hard to put all the discussion regarding Argentina players mood before the game ? Why not they rather stay silent about those factors? It feels like they dont want these discussions happening, and its making them nervous… Where were the same energy when the whole world were putting anti Argentina hate campaigns ? Why you didn’t come and call them out ? But you are calling your own fans out for noticing something is off and you want to end all discussions about this
Fully agree. Someday truth would emerge. Things looked so grossly wrong. Simeone trying to adjust his socks instead of charging towards the ultimate scorer, Messi jumping aside so that the Spanish goalkeeper can kick the ball everything looked so disturbingly absurd. The most absurd thing was the fact that if Spain dominated the game why did they take 106 minutes to score? Why not 3-0? Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems Tagliafico and Dibu were the only 2 players who did not hold the Malvinas poster and they turned out to be the only crowning glory in the match.

The more I watch the highlights and the players body language, the more convince I become that the game wasn’t authentic.
Every time a World Cup is held in the USA, Argentina seems to suffer. Maradona in 1994, and now this. What caused the sudden FBI investigation into Tapia and FIFA regarding the World Cup prize money deposit? That was something serious which came up suddenly and then vanished without getting much media attention. That could’ve been a scandal that could of shaken up the whole FIFA and Argentina FA together.
Then there was Messi saying some strange things to his teammates before the game (I won’t go into details because I’d probably get banned), and the entire squad looked completely off. Tagliafico’s wife even liked comments saying, “We know something happened.” Scaloni and Messi interviews before the match also made it sound like simply reaching the final was enough and that everyone should just be happy. I already didnt like the vibe before the game even kicked off.
Romero and Licha injuries also felt odd. By the end, Licha didn’t look anything serious at all and was running at the end of the game. Everyone knows both of them are warriors and would of played in a World Cup final unless their legs were falling off.
The more I watch, the more convince I become that this wasn’t a genuine game. I’m sorry if this opinion gets me bannded from this forum.
