Lautaro Martínez spoke to the media after Argentina’s 4-0 win against Bolivia where he spoke about the Argentina national team and Lionel Messi’s retirement.
Martínez scored for Argentina in the 4-0 win and spoke to the media. Here is what he had to say:
“The feeling is always great when you put on this jersey. A new process, today once more and the experience of those of us who have already played in World Cups will help.
“We met again after the World Cup and the energy is still the same.”
The 29 year old also spoke about Lionel Messi’s retirement and the match against Benin:
“Tuesday’s match will surely be very emotional, very special and important. I hope we don’t cry much.”
