Emiliano Martínez was substituted out for Chelsea after a collision and will need to be operated.
Martínez had a collision with Branthwaite of Everton and was substituted out for Chelsea on a stretcher. According to Gastón Edul, the 34 year old has a jaw injury and will require surgery.
Chelsea coach Xabi Alonso stated that Martínez left rhe stadium conscious. The club have yet to release a statement on the injury.
