Lionel Messi and Alfredo Di Stéfano are both nominated for the Ballon d’Or of all time award.
Messi and Di Stéfano have both been nominated for the award and the winner will be announced on Monday. France Football has launched an online poll that will allow fans to vote for the most deserving winner.
The nominees are players that have won the award at least twice. Each vote will cost around $1.20 and everyone who votes will be entered into a draw for two tickets for Monday’s Ballon d’Or ceremony.
The 10 nominees are Lionel Messi, who won the award a record eight times, Cristiano Ronaldo, who won the award five times. Michel Platini, Marco van Basten and Johan Cruyff, each won it three times are also nominated.
Alfredo Di Stéfano, Franz Beckenbauer, Kevin Keegan, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and Ronaldo Nazário are also nominated.
