Benedetto was back in the Marseille starting line-up and would score the winning goal. With the match at 1-1, the former Boca Juniors man latched onto a low pass inside the penalty area and scored.

The goal was Benedetto’s 8th of the season.

Sampaoli did bring Benedetto to N/T and rely on him during WCQ before his injured and missed the WC. Benedetto is fine with Marseille and doing great things by scoring; trust he will move to bigger club soon.
