Luka Romero will sign with Cruz Azul from Milan.

Romero is going to be joining Cruz Azul and leaving Europe. According to César Luis Merlo, the 20 year old joins them for €3.5 million on a five year contract.

The Argentine will now have played for Mallorca, Lazio, Milan, Almería, Alavés and Cruz Azul.

  1. Just because a youngster produced few Maradona/Messi moments doesnt means they’re going to reach our expectation. Remember Iturbe who scored that great solo against Brazil ? he ended up playing for Paraguay. Vietto is another youth player back then who seems to show early premise but failed aswell.

  2. Better played at Argentina…. a good lesson for the youths, never expect big things happen at Europe, be ready and fight first at home. Start with Portugal and Dutch leaque

  3. That’s a shame. If anything, this will probably bring him closer to representing Mexico. Oh well, you can’t have them all

      • His club has seen him in training day in day out and he clearly isn’t upto European standards! Good thing is he is young and if he impresses in Mexico he might get a second chance !
