“In addition to Messi and Maradona, I really like Di María. Messi was my idol when I was a kid, I went to see him three times when he played for Barcelona.
“My father is a big fan of Maradona. My name, Armando, also comes from that story. That’s why I’ve always had a connection with Maradona in some way.
“My first memory comes from my grandmother. She was born in Jujuy but spent her youth in Buenos Aires, and she told me a lot about the city.
“When I think of Argentina, I think of a country with beautiful places. I associate it a lot with football. Of course, the national team with Maradona, Messi, and winning World Cups.”
“I always wanted to drink mate, and I received a wonderful gift from an Argentine fan during our stay in Valencia. Now, like many Argentines, I drink mate more often.”
