Lionel Messi posted a message to the Argentina U20 national team after the U20 World Cup final.
Messi won the 2005 U20 World Cup with Argentina and has been supporting the team at the U20 World Cup. Diego Placente’s team lost 2-0 in the final against Morocco and Messi posted on his Instagram page, supporting the team. Here is what he had to say:
“Keep your heads up, guys! You played an impressive tournament and although we all wanted to see you lift the Cup, we are left with the joy of everything you gave us and the pride of seeing how you defended the blue and white with your hearts.”
