Paredes got the first goal for Boca in the Copa Libertadores, scoring in their win. With the score at 0-0, the ball fell to Paredes and the Argentine would score from outside of the penalty area to give Boca Juniors the 1-0 lead.
With Boca leading 1-0, Lautaro Blanco played a low pass into the penalty area which found Adam Bareiro and he would score Boca’s second goal of the match.
At 2-0, Universidad Católica were awarded a corner kick. The loose ball fell to Juan Ignacio Díaz and the Argentine would score their only goal.
