Cristian Romero was substituted out injured and left the pitch in tears for Tottenham.

Romero started Tottenham’s match against Sunderland and left the pitch in tears. Minutes after a collision with goalkeeper Antonín Kinský after being pushed from behind by Sunderland forward Brian Brobbey, Romero asked to be substituted out of the match.

Tottenham have not yet provided an update on the 27 year old.
