Nicolás Tagliafico has commented on Lionel Messi retiring from the Argentina national team.
Tagliafico posted on his Instagram page about Lionel Messi retiring. Here is what he had to say:
“Today is a special day for so many reasons.
“Leo, so many years your side and so many things shared. What a pride to have been able to defend this shirt with you and to have lived closely all that you represent for our national team.
“You were an example to all of us. On the pitch, for everything you achieved and off the pitch, for the person and partner you always were. You taught us to complete, to rise and to keep believing until we make it.
“Thank you for everything, captain.
“And well… turning 34 sharing a day with this news was not in my plans either.”
