Facundo RONCAGLIA is back in Spain (after having a brief spell at Espanyol) and has left Genoa (he was on loan from Fiorentina). He signed a four year deal.

According to reports, Manchester City have bought Geronimo RULLI.
TyC Sports in Argentina are reporting that the English club have signed the goalkeeper. It seems as if RULLI will remain a Real Sociedad player for this season but would eventually join City.
According to reports, the English club are keen on signing Jonathan CALLERI.
Reports out of England are stating that Jonathan CALLERI could be on his way to joining West Ham. The Hammers, who currently have CALLERI’s Olympic team mate Manuel LANZINI on their roster, would add CALLERI on a year long loan deal.
Another Argentine youngster has made the jump to Europe.
Velez youngster Hernan TOLEDO has joined Fiorentina on loan with an option to buy. The transfer was sealed for 7.5 million euro’s. TOLEDO, a 20 year old winger, came up through the Velez youth system (prior to that through Sportivo Belgrano).

“I have very, very positive sensations. I am truly happy to come to a top level league like Serie A. I can’t wait to get started.”
“I am happy to have reached an agreement with such an important club. I’m really eager to start training with my new teammates and give my best to the side.

Julio OLARTICOECHEA spoke about the Olympic team, Jonathan CALLERI, Javier MASCHERANO and more.
OLARTICOECHEA was on the radio in Argentina and had this to say:
“I’m happy to have this responsibility. I like to play with a number 9 in the area like a CALLERI. I spoke to MASCHERANO for him to be there (at Rio). He spoke to the club (Barcelona) but they didn’t let him.”
“MARTINO’s resignation surprised me. I don’t have the intension of being the coach of the senior National Team.”
