Matías Soulé scored his first goal for Juventus in their 4-2 win vs. Sampdoria.
Soulé has become a regular for Juventus this season and now has his first goal for the club. With Juventus leading 3-2, it was an initial header which was saved by the goalkeeper and the 19 year old was the first to react and he would head the ball into the goal.
Ángel Di María did not play due to a thigh problem and Leandro Paredes was an unused substitute. Enzo Barrenechea also started the match.
Paulo Dybala scored a stunning goal for AS Roma in their 4-3 loss vs. Sassuolo.
Dybala was brought on as a substitute and had an impact just five minutes after his substitution. With AS Roma trailing 3-1, it was a pass to Dybala who was on the edge of the penalty area and his left footed effort went over the goalkeeper and into the back of the goal.
The Argentine World Cup winner has nine goals and seven assists in 19 Serie A matches for AS Roma this season.
Lucas Ocampos and Erik Lamela scored for Sevilla in their 2-1 win vs. Almeria.
Ocampos and Lamela scored the two goals of the match to give Sevilla the win. Sevilla were awarded a penalty kick and it was Ocampos who took it as he went to the goalkeeper’s right and he would score to give Sevilla the 1-0 lead.
Erik Lamela would reach four league goals for the season. After not playing in their last league match against Atletico Madrid, Lamela was brought on as a substitute against Almeria and would score.
The 31 year old would score a header off a cross into the penalty area, his first goal in the league since October.
Alejandro Garnacho left Old Trafford on crutches and a protective boot.
Garnacho was brought on as a substitute for Manchester United and was on the receiving end of a tackle. Mark Critchley tweeted out a picture of Garnacho leaving the stadium on crutches and in a protective boot after the match. Per Critchley, Manchester United coach Erik ten Hag stated the following:
“He was limping a little bit after the bad tackle. They brought on another striker and I didn’t want to take a risk. We were already down to 10 and with one player who is maybe 90%. That’s why I took him off but I think it’s not too bad.”
The Argentina national team play two matches in March, their first on March 23 against Panama. Garnacho has been called up to the team for both matches.

Messi provided the assist to Kylian Mbappe which gave PSG the 2-1 win. That assist was number 300 in Lionel Messi’s club career, a record in the sport.
He has a total of 353 assists, having 53 with the Argentina national team. In 22 Ligue 1 matches with PSG this season, Messi has 13 goals and 13 assists.
