The hits for Argentina’s Olympic team keep coming.

Everton and Villarreal will both not allow Ramiro FUNES MORI and Mateo MUSACCHIO to join the Olympic team. And now it appears as if River Plate won’t allow Jonathan MAIDANA to go as well.

At this rate, only Geronimo RULLI and Victor CUESTA would be the overage players available for Tata MARTINO at the Olympics.

  1. Maybe we should just send the youth club team that won the national competition. At least they train daily together and proved to be the best nationally. Lanus won the league for A teams. Which team won the youth league in Argentina?

  3. Independiente also is not going as far to allow anyone of them players (Cuesta, Rigoni, Benitez). Especially Cuesta.
