Exequiel Palacios with discomfort for Bayer Leverkusen

Exequiel Palacios was substituted out with discomfort for Bayer Leverkusen.

Palacios started Bayer Leverkusen’s game vs. Hertha but was replaced after only 41 minutes. He is part of the preliminary Argentina team for the September games vs. Honduras and Jamaica.

The 23 year old has continuously been part of the Argentina national team. Argentina play their first game on September 23 vs. Honduras but the severity of his discomfort remains to be seen.

  1. I don’t worry about palacios as i prefer Enzo anyway. He is far better fitter more talented and will actually can replace any starter in our 11 if anyone is injured or suspended

  2. When he was playing in River..I was very impressed with Palacios. I thought, he will end up in a big club very soon. Sadly, he ended up in Leverkusen and struggling there.
Injury has been a problem for him always..that caused his progress, and he never reached his potential.
Anyway, he didn’t start any game for Argentina recently, so I am not much concerned. Luckily, we have alternative in Enzo.
I wish him speedy recovery and regain his form at the earliest. If he reaches his potential, we will have a world class midfielder.

  3. Messi takes a shit to score today too, just walk and create and create and create. None could think seriously Messi doesnt rest for the WC.
