Alejandro Garnacho scored for the Manchester United 21 team in their 2-1 win vs. Barrow.

Garnacho scored in the 90th minute to give the Manchester United U21 team the win. The 18 year old has played for the main team in the Premier League but is back with the youth team.

With United drawing 1-1, the ball fell to the Argentine outside of the penalty area as he dribbled towards goal and a score to give United the win.

He has been part of the Argentina U20 team coached by Javier Mascherano and has trained with the Argentina national team.

  1. It’s very difficult for him to get regular minutes in MU. When I wrote this here before, some said he has to fight for the place in MU just like how Messi grew. I wish he will go on loan or permanently move to some where to get regular minutes. Let him shine there and be in great shape.

  2. Too bad now the competition getting tougher for him at MU senior squad. Too many AM/wingers there and Garnacho probably the last in Ten Hag pecking order behind Rashford, Sancho, Antony, Elanga, and CR7. He should ask for a loan out this January.

  3. Scaloni has Alvarez and Enzo, unfortunately, no room for Garnacho. Fully booked. Hopefully, ETH will give him a chance to play and show his worth.

  4. We should try to include Garnacho in our WC squad. He is similar to Messi in 2006, and I expect him to lead our NT in the following 3 world cups.
