Thiago Almada has been named the MLS Newcomer of the Year.

Almada has six goals and 12 assists for Atlanta United and the Argentine has been rewarded for it. Still only 21 years old, the Argentine has represented the Argentina national team and is part of the preliminary list of players for the World Cup.
