Nicolás González scored twice for Fiorentina as they qualified for the Conference League final.

González scored two of the three goals for Fiorentina as they qualified for the Conference League final in dramatic fashion. With Basel having taken a 2-1 lead in the first leg, it was Nicolás González who would score the first goal of the match in the second leg.

Fiorentina were awarded a corner kick and it was González with a header to give Fiorentina the 1-0 lead. Basel would draw level and the Argentine would score his second goal of the match.

With the score at 2-1 Fiorentina, the match was headed to extra time until a late goal by Antonin Barak which would send Fiorentina to the final of the Conference League.

It will be Fiorentina with Nicolás González and Lucas Martínez Quarta against Manuel Lanzini and West Ham in the final on June 7.
