  1. Atlanta wants 30million for Almada who has yet to prove himself in national team. European teams don’t rate performance in MLS very high which is why very few players have moved to European leagues. Also, the only clubs interested are from second tier leagues like Netherlands and Portugal. They like to buy south american players for cheap and sell them to big clubs in big leagues. These second tier leagues can’t afford to pay such high price for a player who hasn’t proved anything outside of MLS.

    • Also Benjamin Cremachi need to be called up by the argentine. He’s showing great all rounding midfield display. He’s a tall, physically strong , can score goals, can play anywhere in the midfield specially he has the ability to go in dangerous position, also showing nerves in penalty shootout.

    • Don’t think they’re overlooking him per say, it’s just that Atlanta will not let him go for anything less than 30 mill and that’s no small fee to pay for an MLS player, infact that would be a record (Newcastle payed somewhere around 25 for Almerion).
If Scaloni decides to give him more minutes then things will change very quickly and the demand for him will hit the roof, but for now he just has to keep his head down and continue to kick ass (9 goals and 12 assists) and the recognition will come, because after all he’s only 21-22yrs old and time is on his side.
