Emiliano Martinez won the Yashin award for the best goalkeeper in the world at the Ballon d’Or ceremony.

Martinez won the trophy which honors him as the best goalkeeper in world football. The Best goalkeeper in the world had this to say:

“I’m full of emotion to have won this. Without my teammates at Aston Villa and in the Argentina national team, this wouldn’t have been possible – this moment in my career.”

The Argentine won the award with Ederson of Brazil in second place and Yassine Bono of Morocco in third. Here are the rankings:

  1. Booing Emi Martinez was the most disgraceful act from the french and Cr7 fans. You don’t do that. At the club level Aston Villa are soaring up currently sitting 5th place, 4 points behind league leaders. But all toxic fans ignore that fact; at first they claimed it was grealish impact. But after grealish left Aston Villa are performing even better. This hateful, toxic agenda and propaganda against Argentina players is shameful.
