  1. Wondering why he didnt take Blazquez. Looks relatively more experienced as a GK. The only other misses look Varela & the Boca boys ( Medina, Fernandez, Barco). Garnacho & i guess Soule anyway make the senior NT

  2. Very impressive list considering it is a U23 friendly. Masche seems to have got the club release negos perfect this time. Heavily loaded offensively. GK & CBs remain a challenge. If Argentina manage to qualify for Olympics , we definitely need overage players coming for GK, Right CB.

  3. From this group. 4-3-3: Brey; Santi Simon, Di Cesare, Ávila, Esquievel; Redondo, Paz, Almada; Buonanotte, Vazquez, Farias

    • My 11 is 4-2-3-1
      Gondou ( CF )
Farias (LW) – Alcaraz (AM) – Almada (RW)
Redondo – Villagra ( 2DM pivot & bring in Paz as sub if we are chasing a goal)
Esqueil (LB)- Avila – Di Cesare – Santi Simon (RB)
      Brey (GK)

Buonanotte comes as a sub for Alcaraz/Almada
