Enzo Fernández scores and advances to EFL Cup final with Chelsea

Enzo Fernández scored and advanced to the EFL Cup final with Chelsea in their 6-1 win vs. Middlesbrough.

With Chelsea winning 1-0 in the 29th minute, the Argentine midfielder found himself with the ball in the 6-yard box and only had to push it with his right foot to the back of the net to score and make it 2-0 for Chelsea. Enzo had a great performance overall, playing offensively and even arriving inside the opponent’s box a couple of times.

The Blues had lost 0-1 in the first leg at Middlesbrough two weeks ago. Today, they achieved a comfortable victory that takes Mauricio Pochettino’s team to the EFL Cup final against the winner between Liverpool and Fulham. Alexis Mac Allister’s team plays this Wednesday in the second leg, winning 2-1 the first match at Anfield.

  1. Who’s Lautaro Lopez of Velez Satisfied interested by Man City…..
If anybody know about him please mention….

  2. He played good, could have scored a second one too but shot directly into the keeper but it he had very less reaction time. His real test will be against Liverpool and Aston Villa, if he can help Chelsea avoid defeat in both of these matches then it will do a great for his confidence. His positioning is as good as or if not better than Bellingham but his finishing is what holding him back.
