  2. Jose Mourinho’s ultra defensive tactics was incompatible with the players in AS-Roma. Ever since his sacking , Roma has won 4 matches in a row. His ultra defensive & so called outdated tactics can’t be executed by any group of players. He is the opposite of Marcelo Bielsa whose ultra attacking and pressing tactics also needs a specific group of players. Having said that , Chelsea can benefit from Mourinho’s defensive tactics. Under Mauricio Pochettino they have been leaking goals from all every direction and look extremely vulnerable in the back. Enzo needs a coach like Jose who focuses on not conceding goals first and under Pochettino he is getting a lot of criticism and Chelsea so far hasn’t showed any kind of progressive improvement whatsoever!
