Guido Rodríguez called up to the Argentina national team

Guido Rodríguez haa been called up to the Argentina national team in Philadelphia.

Rodríguez will be joining the Argentina national team for the two friendly matches this month. Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni will be without Lionel Messi and Paulo Dybala in attack but he has decided to boast up the midfield.

Argentina will play El Salvador on March 22 in Philadelphia and Costa Rica on March 26 in Los Angeles. Players have already started to arrive.

  1. Guido played one match in the world cup but played a very important role. Scaloni had him play as a DM when pressing forward and defender/ sweeper when defending as he would drop back and defend between the CBs against Mexico! Scaloni was hell bent on not conceding first in that match.
