Di María made it four goals in five Europa League matches for Benfica. With Benfica leading 1-0, the 36 year old ran towards the Marseille back line and played a pass in to Neres who pulled it back to Ángel Di María and he scored to give Benfica the 2-0 lead.
The World Cup winner has 16 goals and 13 assists for Benfica.
I know Di Maria is in his mid 30s but him retiring from NT this year just feels wrong…

I agree. But for di-maria it’s the right thing to do. Indont think hes worried about physical fitness…more mental. He is a very emotional player.
