  1. So Pezella is a puzzle now. Hope Scaloni brings in a solid replacement, a better one. Pezella played his role. There were several matches where he stood tall and even scored goals. He wasn’t the best. But he was a solid bench.

  2. Intresting news indeed as I would like to know the reason behind this as if it’s due to fitness or based more on football matters, perhaps..? Seems like he was not making it to River’s team as at least to their 2 last games, which I believe were away game with Instituto and for River’s last game, which I believe it was at home against Barracas Central..? So maybe an injury as according whoscored he was either starting or amongst substitutes for River’s last 2 game’s..?

As for Acuna looks like he started against Instituto and was subbed of at 52’th minute and did not make the team against Barracas Central..?

Anyhow now or never Senesi should be called, but will there be enough time for the first game against Paraguay..? Well, not fully sure, but surely against Peru!

Also I would like either Correa, BARCO or Soler to be called up as Medina would not be a bad option either if he is fit to play..?
