Julián Álvarez scored for Atletico Madrid in their 2-1 loss against Real Madrid in the Champions League.
Álvarez made it 22 goals this season with seven goals and one assist in the Champions League. With Real Madrid taking an early 1-0 lead, the Argentine received the ball down the wing, dribbled into the area and his curling effort beat Courtois to draw Atletico level.
Real Madrid would get a second goal to win the first leg. For Atletico Madrid it was Julián Álvarez, Rodrigo De Paul and Giuliano Simeone who started with Nahuel Molina and Ángel Correa being substituted into the match.
