Claudio Tapia has stated that he wants the Finalissima to be played at the Monumental stadium.
Tapia spoke about UEFA wanting the Finalissima match between Argentina and Spain to be played in Spain. With the Finalissima initially set for March 27 in Qatar, the match could be moved. Speaking with MDZ, here is what Tapia had to say about the Finalissima:
“Spain wants the Finalissima to be played in Spain and I want it to be played at the Monumental.”
Tapia is becoming a problem; he turns the Argentinian national team into a cash cow.
Initially he was excellent but after 2022 world cup he is destroying argentine football.

He has been very annoying, denying national team chance to play competitive matches.I have never heard of anything like that in my life. I wonder what will be his game plan once messi retires. Though am not an Argentine,i think his reign as president of AFA might be shortened with Milei’s influence.
