Emiliano Buendía has been told by Lionel Scaloni that he could be called up to the Argentina national team.

Buendía is not part of the Argentina national team but he was told to postpone his vacations in case he is called. According to DSportsAr, Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni has told Buendía that he could be called up at the last minute.

The Argentina national team have several players with fitness issues.
