Julián Álvarez is set to undergo platelet-rich plasma treatment doe his ankle.

Álvarez will be undergoing treatment to improve his ankle injury. According to Lucas Gatti, the player does not feel comfortable in training and the goal is for him to be ready to play for the Argentina national team at the World Cup.

Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni also has Nahuel Molina, Gonzalo Montiel and Nico Paz who are having fitness issues.

  2. All these news are shaking my confidence. Anyway, we would be fighting against the law of average and a declining performance quality of many players. Injuries are adding to the concerns.

  3. I think Alvarez and Romero are ready for World Cup. Messi, Molina, Montiel, and Paz are expected to be ready despite training separately. Lo Celso is fit. Emi Martinez is the biggest worry.
