Argentina international and Boca Juniors star Dario BENEDETTO has stated his desire to play in the World Cup.
Boca’s man of the hour was speaking on TyC Sports and he was asked about whether he would play a Superclasico between Boca and River Plate or Argentina’s friendly match against Russia. Here’s what his answer was:

“Obviously the National Team is above everything. I don’t want to be misunderstood with what I’m saying. Playing a Boca vs. River, as a player, the most beautiful thing, it’s a match from another world. But obviously the Argentina National Team is above everything.”
About playing the World Cup
“I have to continue working here because there’s still a lot to go. I lived two beautiful weeks with the Argentina National Tean. My dream is to play in the World Cup.”

I wish him luck and hope he can step up his game again, he was ok in the games he played but did not look like he was actually going to score goals and that is exactly what he is required to do.

Just saw the fifa ranking and all the seeded team. Man i gotta be honest it will be a tough group this time. Last two World Cup we had really easy group. But this time it will be hard.
