Argentina National Team coach Edgardo BAUZA commented on the team’s number 9 position.
BAUZA stated that he has three players for the center forward position. Here’s what he had to say:
“The starting number 9 is HIGUAIN. PRATTO is someone I know well and he’s done well. ICARDI will be called-up if something happens to the other two (HIGUAIN, PRATTO) as he’s our third center forward.”

According to reports, the French league champions are currently chasing River Plate’s Lucas ALARIO.
Copa ARGENTINA hero Lucas ALARIO has been catching the eye of many clubs, one of which being the current French champions, PSG. ALARIO’s agent Pedro ALDAVE has confirmed that there has been interest from the club. According to reports, PSG are willing to offer 12 million Euro’s for the striker to bring him in. However, River are demanding 18 million.
Mauro ICARDI and Ever BANEGA both managed to score for Inter in their 3-0 win against Lazio.
Ever BANEGA opened the scoring through a great strike to give the hosts the lead while ICARDI double Inter’s lead with a header from close range. ICARDI added a second, his 14th goal in Serie A this season with a fine strike from inside the area.

Lionel MESSI (who’s lost the blond hair) put in an incredible performance for Barcelona in their 4-1 demolition of Espanyol. MESSI had a goal and two assists (both of which were moved only Lionel can pull off) as he continues his fine form.

In Italy, Gonzalo HIGUAIN scored arguably the goal of the weekend for Juventus as they picked up a 1-0 win against AS Roma.
