Tagliafico received his second yellow card of the South American World Cup qualifiers in Argentina’s 1-0 win against Chile and is suspended for Tuesday’s match. The 32 year old has started 12 World Cup qualifying matches, starting one on the bench and missing two due to injury.
Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni has Facundo Medina and Valentín Barco available for Tuesday’s World Cup qualifier.
Argentina will play Colombia in a World Cup qualifier on Tuesday night.
The Argentina national team won 1-0 against Chile on Thursday and will play Colombia on Tuesday at the Monumental. The match is an 8:00 pm kick off time.
Lionel Scaloni’s team will finish the South American World Cup qualifiers in first place but Colombia are not yet secured of a place at the World Cup. Argentina are on 34 points while Colombia are on 21 points.

“Playing with three center backs could be an option. It’s not my preferred system but we have the players to do it if we need to.”
Scaloni also commented on Lautaro Martínez:
“Lautaro (Martínez) is doing very well, we gave him a few days off because he deserved it after so much competition. He is available for tomorrow.”
He did not play for Argentina in their 1-0 win against Chile. It could be one of Thiago Almada, Nicolás González and Lautaro Martínez who starts Tuesday’s match.
