  1. As soon as the World Cup ends, Simon Escobar, a 16-year-old left-back who is now the captain of the U17 team, should be integrated into the senior team. He is a huge talent. He is more skillful, taller, and stronger than Julio Soler, though Soler is currently more disciplined due to his age. Escobar just needs to stop showboating and improve his passing slightly

  2. He will be an asset for us in extra time where we would need an aerial factor or a typical poacher to score the winner.

  3. The thing is it was always frustrating when neymar or suarez played better than Messi in those days at barca. Likewise, when griezman or sorloth performs better than Julian in a match its thats same frustration creeps in. Then how can an Argentina fan support a club like barca with no Argentine players. Each movement of the match i was praying and asking molina, simeone, nico musso and julian to perform better than their own team mates and dominate barca at the same time. And here some fans supporting that raphinha and barca and going against Argentine players. How is that possible?

    • I hear you. I am the same way. My loyalty towards club football changes as Argentine players move from one team to another. Having said that, there are some clubs for whom there is a bit of eternal love – Inter Milan (those days of CL with 6 argentine players in starting 11), Barcelona in recent past, Chelsea or City in England who have been more open to taking Argentine players.

There are lot of Argentina supporters who are diehard Napoli fans because of Diego, even though there are barely any significant Argentine players there. So I can clearly see the club loyalties. What Diego did for Napoli in many of our hearts, Messi have done the same for Barcelona in our hearts.

I can also see there will be people are able to isolate the 2 things – national football and club football.

      • But these shitty barca and real are always looking for those Brazilian and french players is what annoying me. Same with english clubs like chelsea. These arrogant Europeans especially english fans consider Argentines are aliens. Look at the situation of Romero. He is the top player. And he treated like a championship player there. That xavi simons and that dutch defender getting more recognition. Enzo while playing top all season is still a normal player for those arrogant chelsea fans and puts caicedo, pedro and even that esteavo in the top. United favourite is casemiro with normal plays. Licha with unreal performance is the only reason they are atleast giving him top priority. Or else nothing. Andrey Santos playing in chelsea and even starting. And echeverri not even getting a starting spot in girona. Emi gets trolled by whole Europe all day long. Mean while that ederson played in city with that low iq. Marquinhos, gabriel playing for psg and arsenal. Mean while romero in spurs is the most irritating thing ever.
