Nicolás González scored twice and Lucas Martínez Quarta once for Fiorentina in their 5-1 win at home vs. Sassuolo on matchday 34 of the Serie A.

With Fiorentina leading by one in the 54th minute, Martinez Quarta headed a cross coming from the right side to the back of the net to convert the 2-0 for his team.

The Argentine now has five Premier League goals this season, the most out of an Premier League defender this season. Giovanni Lo Celso entered the pitch for Spurs in the 87th minute.

With this loss, Tottenham remain seven points off from a Champions League spot, although they have played two games less than their main competitors, Emiliano Martinez’s Aston Villa.
