Lionel Messi scored twice for PSG in their 4-1 win vs. Club Brugge as he overtook Pele in goals.

Messi scored the third goal of the match for PSG as Mbappe used his speed to get passed a defender and played a pass in to Messi who controlled the ball and scored from the outside of the penalty area.

That goal for Messi meant he had acored 757 career goals, the same as Pele. At 3-1, PAG were awarded a penalty kick after Messi was taken down inside the penalty area. Messi took the penalty and scored to give PSG the 4-1 lead.

The Argentine’s second goal meant he overtook Pele on goals as he is now on 758, one more than Pele in his career.

Manuel Lanzini scored a penalty for West Ham in their 3-2 win vs. Chelsea.

Lanzini scored his second goal in the Premier League this season as he converted a penalty. It was Chelsea leading 1-0 when West Ham were awarded a penalty.

The 28 year old Argentine went to Mendy’s right and hit the corner as Mendy jumped the wrong way.

Franco Russo scored for Mallorca in their 2-1 win vs. Atletico Madrid.

Russo got his first goal for Mallorca as the 27 year old scored a flying header to draw Mallorca level. The Argentine joined Mallorca back in 2018, with this goal being the first for the club.

Paulo Dybala scored for Juventus in their 2-0 win vs. Genoa.

Dybala found the back of the net once more. With Juventus leading 1-0, the Argentina received the ball inside the penalty area as he drifted left and his shot hit the inside of the side of the net to give Juventus the 2-0 lead.

The 28 year old has now scored 5 goals in 12 matches in the league this season.

Giovanni Simeone scored twice for Verona in their 4-3 win vs. Venezia.

Simeone has reached 11 goals for Verona this season as his great form continues. With Venezia leading 3-2, Simeone who draw Verona level with a chip goal.

The Argentine would make it 4-3 with a goal from long range, placing the ball into the top corner of the net. With 11 goals in 15 matches this season, the 26 year old would be trying to be included in the Argentina national team squad for the January World Cup qualifying matches.
